WARMUP
EZ 100 swim
MAIN SETS
Straight 2000 freestyle, trying to maintain same stroke count for every lap. Checked time at the 1-mile point (36 minutes).
10 X 20 freestyle as FAST as possible. Don’t worry about stroke count. Take 10 bobs as recovery between each 20.
200 EZ warmdown
Total Yardage = 2,500
