200 Breast kick, as follows
2 X (20 UW Breast Kick + 20 Hand-Lead on Back + 20 Hand-Lead on Stomach + 20 Head-Lead on Back + 20 Head-Lead on Stomach)
4 X 40 Breast Kick with a board, with 7 Rocket Launchers before each 40. First 20 of each repeat is at 8 kick per length; second 20 is at 11 kicks per length (or 25 to 30% increase in kick rate).
SWIM TETHER SET:
5 X 40 breast with tether, taking about 10 bobs between repeats.
