Because of some family commitments, I haven’t been able to swim for about a week, so it felt really good to get back in the water this morning. After a break like this, I like to do a lot of drilling and long, aerobic swimming.
WARMUP: 400
With fins, alternate 25 SA drill and 25 LA drill for 300 yards, gradually increasing the complexity of the drills, then finish with 100 free.

4 X 100, swum as 25 drill/25 backstroke/25 drill/25 backstroke.
