PULL SET: 300
300 freestyle pull with pull buoy. Your choice of bumping up your breathing pattern by 1 stroke for the entire 300…or do it as a lung buster (odd lengths breathe as much as you want; even lengths breathe 3..5..7 by 100s). Breaststrokers can alternate 25 freestyle pull and 25 whole-stroke breast.
