1st 25 of each 50 is choice (anything but freestyle)
2nd 25 of each 50 is freestyle
MAIN SET: 1800/1400
Swim 4 rounds of the following. Fast and middle lanes do the 100s; slower lane does 75s instead of 100s.
Fast lane sendoffs: 2:00 on 100s; 5 recovery “bobs” between 25s
Middle lane sendoffs: 2:15 on 100s; 5 recovery “bobs” between 25s
Slower lane sendoffs: 2:00 on 75s; 5 recovery “bobs” between 25s
4 X 100/75 + (2 X 25 freestyle focus on hiding your head and staying LONG)
1st round of 4 X 100/75: Freestyle
2nd round of 4 X 100/75: 25 free/25 choice/25 free/25 choice
3rd round of 4 X 100/75: 25 choice/25 free/25 choice/25 free
4th round of 4 X 100/75: choice (IM is OK)
WARMDOWN: 100+
