No equipment, swim straight through the following:
150 FL/BK/BR Head-Lead Kick, then EZ 100 Free
150 FL/BK/BR Hand-Lead Kick, then EZ 100 Free
MAIN SET: 2400
Attach long-belt tether to starting block.
Swim four rounds of the following. First and third rounds (even the tether parts) are with fistgloves.
2 X 200 on 4:15 sendoff, swum as
25 Breast drill
25 Breast kick on back
25 Breast drill
25 Breast kick on back
25 Breast kick on stomach
25 Breast
25 Breast kick on stomach

Focus on compact turns, streamline, drawing up the feet. Times on these were 3:32 to 3:23, depending on which drill I was doing.
With swim tether, do pulldown, then 30 head-lead breast kicks, then 25 hand-lead breast kicks centering the cord between feet after each kick, then swim to the wall, turn, and swim back assisted.
RECOVERY: 100 EZ
BREAST SET: 100
4 X 25 breast on :30 sendoff, focus on pointing toes and drawing up the feet. Averaged :19.
WARMDOWN: 100 EZ
