6 X 50 breast kick with a board on 1:15. Descend and descend to under :45. [went 52…49…47…46…45…44]

SWIM SET: 200 + 200
4 X 50 breast on 1:15 descend to :40 or below. [Went 43 with 7/7 strokes…42 with 7/8 strokes…41 with 8/8 strokes…40 with 8/9 strokes.]

SWIM SET #2: 150
Was planning to do 4 X 25 breast on :38 sendoff using Tempo Trainer set at 19 seconds. Couldn’t hear the Tempo Trainer on the first 2 X 25, so readjusted and started again. Went :19 on all 4 X 25.

WARMDOWN: 100
100 EZ, then 5 starts from the blocks with pullout.
