1st Round (no equipment):
Fly = Hand-Lead Dolphin Kick on Stomach
Back = Back
Breast = Hand-Lead Breast Kick on Back
Free = Free

2nd Round (no equipment):
FL = Fly
BK = Flutter Kick on Back
BR = Breast
FR = Flutter Kick on Back

3rd Round (paddles & pull buoys):
FL = Scull
BK = Back pull
BR = Scull
FR = Free pull

4th Round (fins):
All strokes = all strokes

PADDLE SET: 400/600 depending on time
With pull buoy and paddles.
2 (or 3) X 50 FR with left paddle only
2/3 X 50 FR with right paddle only
2/3 X 50 FR with both paddles
2/3 X 50 FR pull with no paddles
