With Zura Alpha fins, swim twice through the following:
25 FL drill
25 BK drill
25 BR drill
100 Free

200 EZ breast kick in a variety of positions

50 EZ Free

MAIN SET: 2100
Used a :30 base/25 as sendoff.
1 X 100 IM
2 X 75 FL/BK/BR…BK/BR/FR
3 X 50 FL/BK…BK/BR…BR/FR
4 X 25 IM order

50 EZ recovery

4 X 50 Breast kick with a board on 1:30 sendoff with 6 Rocket Launchers before each 50. Descend time [went 55…50…46…44]

50 EZ recovery

Repeat the IM set above. Again on :30 base for sendoff.

50 EZ recovery

Repeat the Breast kick set [went 52…48…45…43]

50 EZ recovery

Repeat the IM set, but with fins. (Used same sendoffs.)

WARMDOWN: 250 EZ
