WARMUP:
With Zura Alpha fins:
80 dolphin on stomach
200 free
80 flutter on back
200 free
80 dolphin on back
200 free
200 breast kick no equipment
10 X 20 with fins. Start each 20 with 6 fast dolphin kicks into flutter kick breakout, then finish with backstroke.
MAIN SET: 2040
Wear fins for entire set.
Swim 3 rounds of the following:
4 X (80 Underwater dolphin kick with breaststroke arms + 40 free)
200 freestyle pull as recovery, breathing every 3
Round #1: Wear fistgloves. Used 2:20 sendoff (approx. :20 RI)
Round #2: Naked hands Used 2:15 sendoff (approx. :20 RI)
Round #3: Wear paddles. Used 2:15 sendoff (approx. :20 RI)
WARMDOWN: 100 EZ
