WARMUP: 800
With Zura Alpha fins:

KICK SET: 400 + 200
10 X 40 breast kick with 7 Rocket Launchers before each 40.
Mixed in pull-buoy kick, Sidekick kick, underwater kicking. First 20 was always long kick; second 20 was always take as many kicks as you can.
200 freestyle pull breathing every 3
MAIN SET: Approx. 1300 equivalent
Wear long-belt slider for entire set.
Three times through:
40: 30 head-lead breast kicks + 30 hand-lead breast kicks + turn + swim back assisted
40: 20 yards eggbeater resisted + turn + 20 yards breaststroke assisted
40: breaststroke (20 resisted + 20 assisted)
Finish the set with 80 breast with the tether.
