400 with fins alternate 25 dolphin kick on your back/25 freestyle get EXTENDED front to back on each stroke

300 with fins alternate 25 dolphin kick on your back/25 Body-Dolphin breast focus on keeping your head and neck STEADY and IN LINE. Eyes look down at the water on the breath.
6 X 50 take :05 off original sendoff
200 pull breathing every 2…every 5 (or every 3…every 5) Focus on starting the exhale as soon as your face goes in the water. RELAXED breathing!
4 X 50 take another :05 off your sendoff
100 your choice with fins
3 X 50 take another :05 off your sendoff
WARMDOWN: 200
Do at least 100 kick on your warmdown. Swimmers going to meets do 1 to 3 starts from the blocks.
