200 breast kick all positions
MAIN SET: 1620
Set up a tether.
Tether set: 300 equivalent
* Push off, pull down, 30 head-lead breast kicks, 30 hand-lead bresat kicks, turn, swim back assisted
* 20 yards eggbeater kick resisted + 20 assisted breaststroke
* 20 yards resisted breast + 20 yards assisted breast
* 10 strokes free, 10 “breaths’ worth” of flutter kick, swim resisted free to the wall, float back
Focus on assisted breast was breathing pattern (2 normal, 2 no breath)
4 X 80 on 1:45 with fins and fistgloves
Each 80 is 20 underwater flow + 20 pulse breast + 20 underwater flow + 20 pulse breast
Repeat tether set.
Repeat 4 X 80 on 1:45, this time with fins and nekked hands.
Repeat tether set.
Repeat 4 X 80 on 1:40, this time with fins and paddles.
