200 freestyle, foot drafting. Change positions in your lane after every 50.
MAIN SET: 1200/1600
Lane 1: Do three rounds of the following:
200 freestyle pull, breathing every 2…every 3
8 X 25 IM order (Fly, Back, Breast, Free) with fins
All other lanes: Do four rounds of the following:
200 freestyle pull, breathing every 2…every 3
4 X 50 IM order with fins on a sendoff that gives you about 15 seconds rest.
Descend time 1-4 on the pulls.
WARMDOWN:
Lane 1: Do 100 kick + 100 swim
All other lanes:
200 kick, your choice of kick and equipment
200 EZ swim
