80 dolphin + 120 free
80 flutter + 120 free
80 dolphin + 120 back

200 EZ breast kick, various positions

MAIN SET: Approx. 1800
Used a tether with not much give, so I was pretty much swimming in place. Focus on wide outsweep and fast hands on the recovery while on the tether.
