Swim three times through the following (we eliminated the grudge belt after the first round):

1 X 50 on the tether (go 50 strokes if you have a stationary tether)
1 X 50 kick with parachute
1 X 50 pull with parachute
1 X 50 swim with parachute
1 X 100 FAST from the blocks — make sure pulse is 100 or lower before starting [breast 1:25…1:21…1:20]
