With Zura Alpha fins:
80 dolphin + 120 free
80 flutter + 120 back
80 dolphin + 120 free
200 breast kick with pull buoy, various positions
MAIN SET: 1240
5 rounds of the following:
40 with tether (20 eggbeater resisted + 20 breaststroke assisted)
200 breast, descend time 1 to 5 [3:17 to 3:08]
On the 200s, there are “traveling” 25s of underwater breaststroke kick.
1st 200, UW breast kick on 1st and 6th lengths
2nd 200, UW breast kick on 2nd and 7th lengths
3rd 200, UW breast kick on 3rd and 8th lengths
4th 100, UW breast kick on 4th and 9th lengths
5th 100, UW breast kick on 5th and 10th lengths
Finish with another 40 on the tether.
PULL SET: 400
400 freestyle pull with pull buoy, breathing every 3.
