With Zura Alpha fins:
100 dolphin
100 flutter
100 dolphin
200 free/back drills

200 breast kick with pull buoy, alternate stomach/back by 50s

MAIN SET: 2200
Focus throughout the kicking was extending through the shoulders and trying to get upper body and head into streamline on each kick. Focus during the swims was fast hands.

5 X 200 on 4:00 sendoff (no breaks)
Set Tempo Trainer to beep every 1.80 seconds for all five 200s.
#1, 2, 3, 4 are breaststroke kick, using Zura Alpha fins as a kickboard [3:35… 3:32]

100 easy freestyle pull as recovery

5 X 100 on 2:00 sendoff (no breaks)
Set Tempo Trainer to beep every 1.75 seconds for all five 100s.
#1, 2, 3, 4 are breast kick, using fins as a kickboard [descend 1:47 to 1:43]
#5 is breaststroke swim [1:29]

100 easy freestyle pull as recovery

10 X 50 on 1:00 sendoff (no breaks)
Set Tempo Trainer to beep every 1.70 seconds for all ten 50s.
#1, 2, 3, 4 are breast kick, using fins as a kickboard [held :50]
#5 is breaststroke swim [:42]
#6, 7, 8, 9 are breast kick [held :51 or :52]
#10 is breaststroke swim [:40]
