Tried to be a weekend warrior in the garden yesterday and am paying the price today with sore hamstrings and tired legs. Did mostly pull today in the pool.

200 breast kick, various positions

SET #1: 1000
5 X 200 pull (80 free + 40 breast + 80 free)
Odds: with pull buoy
Evens: with pull buoy and paddles

6 X 160 with fins
Each 160 is:
20 underwater dolphin kick with breast arms
20 pulse breast, breathe every 4
20 pulse breast, breathe every 3
20 pulse breast, breathe every other
20 pulse breast, breathe every stroke
20 freestyle
