SPEED SET:
3 X 50 breast on 1:16 sendoff and with Tempo Trainer set to beep every 19 seconds (my pace per 25 yards of race-pace breast. Try to beat the TT to each wall. [went ~ 39…39.5…40]

2 X 50 breast from the blocks with 100 recovery between each 50. Tempo Trainer set to beep every 18 seconds (target pace for 50 breast). Try to beat the TT. [went ~37…37]
2 X 25 breast with a turn from the blocks with 75 recovery between swims. Tempo Trainer set to beep every 17 seconds. Tied the Tempo Trainer on each swim — 17 seconds to hand touch at the wall.
