Here’s an LCM set that we did at camp during a quick lunch-time swim. It’s short and simple, but gets the job done.
8 X 50 swim golf on 1:15 sendoff, descend score 1 to 4 and 5 to 8
Your choice of stroke and equipment, and it’s OK to switch stroke and equipment after the first 4 X 50.
To play swim golf, count your strokes on the first 50 and add that to your time in seconds. E.g., if you swim 50 freestyle in 40 strokes and 40 seconds, your score is 80. Keep counting strokes and calculating your "score" (stroke count + time in seconds) on each 50. The goal is to lower your score on each 50, 1 through 4 and then again on 5 trough 8.
