Three rounds:
1 X 200 breast kick on approx. 4:30 sendoff, with Tempo Trainer @ 1.70
2 X 50 breast @ 200 pace. In one ear I had a TT set at 1.70 and in the other ear had a TT set to beep every 21 seconds. Was trying to swim these 50s in 42 seconds (averaged about 42.5).
