4 X 50, swum as 25 kick on your back + 25 swim
The kick has to be the same stroke as the swim.

MAIN SET: 1800
Lanes 2 through 5 do entire set.
Lane 1 does modified version below.

3 X (125 free + 25 EZ kick on your back)
Use the 25s as active recovery.
Descend time on the 125s.

4 X (100 IM + 50 EZ kick on your back)
Use the 50s as active recovery.
Descend time on the 100s.

With fins: 5 X (75 choice + 75 EZ active recovery)
Descend time on the 75s.

MAIN SET FOR LANE 1: 1200
3 X (75 free + 25 EZ kick on your back)
Use the 25s as active recovery.
Descend time on the 75s.

4 X (50 body-dolphin breast + 50 EZ kick on your back)
Use the EZ 50s as active recovery.
Descend time on the 50s of body dolphin.

With fins: 4 X (25 FAST freestyle + 75 EZ active recovery)
