SOCIAL KICK?!?!?! WHO CALLED FOR A SOCIAL KICK?!!?!
It’s a common sight at every practice: The kick set turns into "social kick". This means people kicking side by side and talking. While the hard-core swimmers would avoid this, how detrimental, or how important, is this aspect of training for YOUR swimming (I stress YOUR swimming)?
