200 breast kick, various positions

MAIN SET: 2200
With long-belt slider:
* Push off, pull down, 30 head-lead breast kicks, 30 hand-lead breast kicks, turn, swim back assisted breast
* 20 resisted eggbeater kick + 20 assisted breast
* 40 breast
* 80 breast

400 IM

Repeat the tether sequence.
