200 breast kick

MAIN SET:
On a long-belt slider:
* 30 head-lead breast kicks, 30 hand-lead breast kicks, turn, swim back assisted breast
* 20 yards resisted eggbeater kick + 20 assisted swim (breast)
* 40 breast
* 80 breast
* 120 breast
* 2 X 20 resisted freestyle

200 freestyle pull with pull buoy and large paddles
200 breast pull with fins, snorkel, and large paddles

Repeat long-belt slider segment.

200 freestyle pull with pull buoy and medium paddles
200 breast pull with fins, snorkel, and medium paddles
400 breast pull with fins, snorkel, and small paddles
