100 breast kick with a board (used Zura fins as a kickboard)
100 breast (descend time throughout — went 1:32…1:31….1.29)

100 EZ recovery

9 X 75 on 1:30 sendoff with TT set at 1.70
Done as 3 rounds, same pattern as above.
Descend time on the swims [went 1:08…1:05…1:05]

125 EZ recovery

9 X 50 on 1:00 sendoff
Done as 3 rounds, same pattern as above, except:
1-3 Tempo Trainer @ 1.65
4-6 Tempo Trainer @ 1.60
7-9 Tempo Trainer @ 1.55
