WARMUP: 1000
With Zura Alpha fins: 600 mix of flutter, dolphin, free, back
200 breast kick, various positions
200 easy pull, experimenting with some new paddles
MAIN SET: 1500
With long-belt slider:
* 20 yards resisted eggbeater kick + 20 assisted breast
* 40 breast
* 80 breast
* 120 breast
* 20 freestyle
With snorkel, fins, and TYR “Catch” paddle:
400 mix of freestyle and breaststroke
Repeat the tether set.
Repeat the paddle set.
Total Yardage: 2500
