Swimming Set of the Week – July 1, 2008

Swim three rounds of the following — one round for each of the non-free strokes.   OK…go ahead and throw in an all-free round, too.

4 X 125 on 15 to 20 seconds rest

#1:  100 free + 25 stroke

#2:  75 free + 50 stroke

#3:  50 free + 75 stroke

#4:  25 free + 100 stroke
