Swim Set of the Week – June 12, 2009

This set is in honor of Scott May, a Masters swimmer on the team that I coach.  He’s got a Big Birthday coming up and is doing this challenge set tomorrow.  

40 X 100 IM on 1:40 sendoff (short-course meters)
Take 1 minute extra rest after each 10 X 100.  No equipment.

The rest of us are doing 40 X 75 on 1:40 🙂
