January 26, 2010 Morning Practice

Schedule and actually a bad cold kept me out of the water for a couple days, but back at it this morning.  Thanks Bill for a fun practice.

1,000 warm up – 
For me, 200 free, 200 kick, 200 pull BIG paddles, 200 pull small paddles, 200 swim

6 x 50 on :45 swim
Continue warm-up

6 x 50 on :55 kick
All flutter kick until the last 50

40 x 25 on :30
IM order, 10 straight each stroke

3 x 200 swim on 3:00
Tried to swim as easy as possible holding under specific pace

Easy 100 recovery

3 x 100 pull on 1:30
Using small paddles, kept under specific time

Easy 100 recovery

2 x 50 on 1:00 all out, choice of stroke

Easy 100 cool down
