Wednesday Main Set – September 29, 2010

I do enjoy Wednesday’s, as it’s turning into the recovery day.  A short, short-course practice in the middle of the day.

The main set was really two short sets.

10 x 100 IM on 1:30
 – Try to hold most of the IM’s around 1:15, and then drop the last four to around 1:10’s.

8 x 25 stroke on :30
– 3 very easy and smooth, 1 all out hammer fast.

Actually felt like I started to find my stroke.
