Main Set Friday – Oct. 1, 2010

Recovery turned into just a bit more intensity than we planned, but it’s fun going faster when you decide it’s OK.

After some intense training through the week, our Coach announced a smooth, recovery set… turned out some of us decided to hammer a little more than expected. Mixing freestyle with strokes sometimes is just a great way to stay fresh IN those strokes.

Here’s the set:

5 x 300 on 4:30
50 free 25 any stroke other than free

I went 50 free, 25 back, 50 free, 25 breast

With so much rest (more than a minute), we just kept trying to go faster.  ðŸ™‚

Fun set.
