Really tired today, so our coach gave us a pretty easy set that we could work on staying long and smooth.
Since we had a fun meet last night, but with lots of sprinting, we needed some of the "other side", long and easy… so here it is:
10 x 200 on 3:00 (short course yards)
50 free breathing every 5th, 100 stroke smooth, 50 free breathing every 5th
The further I got into the set, the better things felt, and it gave a good chance to play with the breaststroke.
