Main Set Tuesday – November 9, 2010

Long, smooth, and just mellow.  I liked it.

• 800 pull breathing every 5th or 6th
• 600 stroke – 50 drill / 50 build / 50 fast your choice of stroke
• 400 kick – your choice
• 300 scull – your choice
• 200 IM

It was a good warm up with just enough up speed swimming to feel good.
