Main Set Saturday – January 15, 2011

Sometimes you just have to swim the long sets.  This opportunity to just keep moving means you’re really going to have to develop some flow and efficiency.

It’s not a horrible set, but it does require you keep thinking.  Counting strokes, and getting your splits with a quick glance at the clock on every 100 or 50 will keep you motivated and things interesting.
