Swimming Set of the Week – October 5, 2012

Our set of the week looks simple on paper, but swims pretty tough if you go for the descend.

Six rounds:
1 X 200
1 X 100 or 4 X 25 easy recovery

Goal:  Descend time on the 200s.  This means you need to swim them all the same way, e.g., all IM or all free or all pull or all back/free by 25.    It’s also OK to kick the entire set.  Fins are OK, but if you wear them, it’s for the entire set.

There are no sendoffs.
