Thanks to Barbara for throwing down the gauntlet to my noon masters group. When they saw Barbara’s group doing the Head-Up Dolphin drill, they said… WE WANT TO DO A LITTLE BIT MORE!
Not being one to ignore requests… here’s our little addition to the drill (ball’s in your court B) 😉
Main Set (short course yards):
– 20 x 25 on :30 (5 sets of the following)
– 1 – head-up dolphin
– 2 – easy free
– 3 – streamline dolphin
– 4 – easy free
– 200 smooth freestyle with long underwater dolphins off the wall

– 1 – head-up dolphin with the hands out of the water (our little upgrade)

– 3 – butterfly
– 4 – easy free
