400 choice on your own. Fins optional.
MAIN SET: 2100
Swim 4 rounds of the following:
2 X 25 Fast Kick on :45
1 X 50 Sculling with pull buoy
2 X 100 @ approx. :30 RI
2 X 200 @ your sendoff for the 100s X 2 (E.g., if 2:00 sendoff for 100s, then 4:00 for 200s.)
Round #1:
Scull is “windshield washer” out front
100s and 200s are: Choice or IM
Round #2:
Scull is on your stomach hands sculling at your sides.
100s and 200s are: Freestyle
Round #3:
Scull is on your back; hands “down and up” from the elbow
100s and 200s are with fins and Choice or IM
WARMDOWN: 200
At least 200 EZ swim on your own.
