Swimming Set of the Week – March 1, 2013

Our Set of the Week incorporates our Drill of the Week.  Think it looks too easy?   Make sure you do it with NO FINS.

MAIN SET:  2000 yards or metres
2 X 25 Body Dolphin with Board on whatever sendoff/turnaround gives you approx. 20 seconds rest

2 X 300 choice of stroke and kit; breathe equally to right and left if swimming freestyle

2 X 25 Body Dolphin with Board

3 X 200 choice of stroke and kit; negative-split each 200

2 X 25 Body Dolphin with Board

6 X 100 choice of stroke and kit; descend time on #5 and #6
