Main Set Wednesday – Tombstone!

Pretty simple practice that overloads the legs.

While it starts easy, holding the board correctly makes this a pretty tough set to improve the kick.  "Tombstone" drill is when you hold the board, half in and half out of the water, in a vertical position… pushing the board through the water.  The rounded edge of the kickboard sticking out of the water, looks a bit like an old fashioned tombstone.

No breaks between sets and most of all… have fun.
