04/13/04 CCB Masters 200s with Short Stuff in Between
You’ll need a kickboard for one portion of the practice. No fins necessary.
WARMUP: 400 or 10 minutes on your own
MAIN SET: 1800
Don’t worry too much about sendoffs on these. Just try to keep together in your lanes, with sendoffs that accomodate the swimmers in your lane. Focus on the six 200s. Try to get your time on each one, and try to keep your times steady, or even descend them, throughout the set.

If you have time, do part or all of the following set:
10 X 25 Free, taking just one or two breaths on each length. Take 5 bobs as recovery between each 25.
