Main Set Monday – Breaststroke Extension

We created a short sequence that got the swimmers thinking of the correct front half of the body for breaststroke extension.

Main Set (short course yards):

 – 16 x 75 1:10
Middle 25 kick – short pushoff
Preferably breaststroke kick
Thumb lock position eyes @ water level 
 – 16 x 50 on :55
25 triple kick breaststroke 25 free
Arms in same thumb lock position during he kicks. 
 – 16 x 25 on :30
2 count breaststroke reaching thumb lock between strokes.
