400 EZ, mostly backstroke, with some breaststroke kick

I wanted to swim each of my breaststroke races twice, with a lot of rest in between swims. Also wanted to swim the second 200, 100, or 50 faster than the first one. Focus this morning was on streamlining my arms into each turn and into each finish. Also tried to carry over the feeling of the sculling drills into my armstroke on the swims.
100 with pull buoy, alternating 25 breast kick on back and 25 breaststroke sculling on stomach
