We’re featuring a sneaky IM set this week. This was the favorite set of the week with Barbara’s masters team. Barbara didn’t think the set was going over very well, but one swimmer came up afterwards and gave her a fist-bump and said best ever…very clever way to get us to swim fast. Have fun!
