This week’s set keeps the entire team on the same sendoff but allows for lots of choice and individual challenge within the framework.
MAIN SET: 1900
Do the set as a group! For some swimmers, the sendoffs/turnarounds will be generous, and you can choose kick, drill, pull, underwater work, IM, FRIM, or strokes other than freestyle. Be creative! Speedier lanes can attempt extra yardage so long as they make the sendoffs. For others, the sendoffs will be more challenging, so you should choose whatever equipment and strokes are necessary to let you make the sendoffs. For extra challenge within each mini set of 100s, try descending 1 to 3 and 4 to 6.

If this is an impossible sendoff for you, make it 6 X 75 on 1:45.
