Swimming Workout of the Week – June 21, 2014

Freestyle set this week, with a chance to use paddles of different sizes.

MAIN SET:  1500/1950
Swim three (or four) rounds of the following.
Goals:  Achieve the descend within each round AND descend your times from Round 1 through Round 3 (or 4).
*  If you have paddles in several sizes, this set offers a chance to use them, e.g., wear smaller paddles on the middle 150 and wear larger paddles on the third 150.
*  Substitute 200s for the 150s.

1 X 150 freestyle with no equipment
1 X 150 pull
1 X 150 pull, faster (paddles optional)
