I just alternated strokes, as I wasn’t quite ready to sprint
5 times the following set:
25 – 50 – 75 – 100 – 100 – 75 – 50 – 25
1st set freestyle :25 sec/25
2nd set butterfly :30 sec/25
3rd set free pull :20 sec/25
4th set backstroke :30 sec/25
5th set breaststroke :30 sec/25
Most of the set was pretty easy. I must admit, Iwent fly/free on the butterfly. No sense in flailing through the water. Backstroke I just worked on feeling my hips rolling from side to side. The breaststroke, I just built up to the 2nd 100, and didn’t sprint, but swam a strong 100 at 1:07.
That was about it for the morning, except for the shower.
