Standard Friday practice:
1,000 warm up
4 x 250 warm up, 2 on 3:30, 2 on 3:15.
Still feeling pretty good in the water, but for some reason, my left knee was giving me a little problem this morning during warm-up. I then decided to just focus on my freestyle.
The standard Friday morning practice, only now it’s starting to get a little more interesting.
Good workout this morning, challenging, and I got to through in some speed work.
Another day of feeling like a swimmer, from right away. I think it’s starting to come back now.
For really the first time since I’ve started back swimming, I felt like a swimmer again. I’ve been struggling to keep up, and not feeling too good in the water. Whether it be my great weekend diet, or just the added commitment that I’m going to continue with this, something started to come together this morning, and feel better.
800 Warm up today.
Good workout this morning, really had to pace myself to make sure I held my strokes together.
