I’m going to bump up the level of this one because it was pretty tough for the noon-masters group.
This set grows on you pretty quickly, and keeping the full set from the group makes it even tougher on them. (Insert evil coach smirk here)
This is another “math” type set, but if you work a bit ahead, it’s actually easy on the math side… just tough on the swimming side.
Overloading the legs was the goal today, and from the looks of the team walking to the locker rooms… mission accomplished.
The two most difficult things about swim practice are… getting in… and getting out.
I put this workout into the top end category because to do it perfectly, you really need to know quite a bit about your stroke.
